How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
My team is VERY flexible with work hours. As long as I get my mandatory hours done. Also flexible if you have a doctors app etc.

Accenture is Hybrid. Your hours depend on your project and often its stage of delivery.

Flexible work environment. Spend minimal time in the office but this suits my lifestyle and the project I am on.

Very flexible but that also means that when I don't go in on the specific day everyone has agreed to go in, there is no one I know in the office

Work hours are from 8:30 to 5 with a one-hour lunch break. No complaints from me and I enjoy this schedule. I rarely go over time but that may be because I am so early in my career.

I've been told it depends on your project but as of right now, I choose where I go and when. Very flexible

In down times I work 8 hours per day, but when it's peak I can work 11 hours with no break.

My project enables me to WFH so my office ours are dependent on if I want to attend the office. This is advantageous as my work setup at home is quite good so I can enjoy the flexibility and only go in when needed/when there are social events.

The company is pretty flexible when it comes to hours, but this is also highly dependent on you project - some projects will require you to work specific or unusual hours and others will be as flexible as they can as long as you are getting all your work done and performing well.

It depends what project you are on- some you work a lot, others you work normal office hours.
Graduate, Canberra
The company is very flexible in terms of when and where I can work, as long as I do my required hours.

Hybrid work and you get time in lieu

Quite flexible. We are completely flexible in terms of where you work, there is no requirement to be in the office if you do not want to go in. In terms of hours, they are really great about letting you sort your hours how you want.

Very flexible but I enjoy a stable 9-5 as it is what I am used to

The company is super flexible. I mostly work from home, however there are multiple opportunities to go into the office if you wish.

it depends on the project. but as long as I get my 8 hours of work done and attend meetings it is ok. I personally work more hours in my spare time to reduce the workload of those around me and improve team moral
