At the early stages when i joined as an undergraduate i had to chase it up. However, they notified me why this was and how they had some constraints.
Graduate, Perth
Written application, one-way interviews and face to face interview.

The process is very natural and makes sense to me. There was some psychometric testing, video interviews and in person intervies.
Graduate, Sydney
There was no PD.
The interview was reasonable, I was given a lot of notice on when my interviews were and the style of interview. They were flexible when I needed to adjust timing. The only thing I would say is when I was hired I received very little information until right before I started about the role or when I would start until days before starting.

This was a pain free smooth process. It was relatively informal though however worked out well.

My interview process was very simple and efficient. I heard from the hiring team right away after the interview. The interview was more of an open conversation which was nice and made me feel relaxed.
Graduate, Melbourne
Multiple assessments and an interview. It was good.
Graduate, Melbourne
The assessments were the usual like other company, taking a video of you answering questions, etc. The interview process was really short for me and HR and the manger just wanted to get to know myself which was great to know.
Graduate, Sydney
Interviews and assessments were adequate

There are mainly online application, online behavioral tests, online interview and face-to-face interview. The behavioral tests had patterns identification which is quite special to conventional interview tests I think could be a good test if involving in design and inspections.
Graduate, Sydney
My interview process was very smooth and no additional assessments were required, as I was referred to the HR team and did not apply through other channels. At times, communication between projects and offices can be limited, as I was not told that I was starting at the WestConnex office until two days prior and had been given no details until that point. Aside from that, the hiring process has been quite simple.
Graduate, Sydney
Hiring process was clearly communicated and fair. HR reps are friendly and readily available for communication. Only 1 round of interview for graduate role which is good as they show respect for your time (no time-wasting in multiple rounds of interviews). Assessments were fair and appropriate, asking about study in university, specializations and previous work experience.
Graduate, Sydney
The lead up to the Interview process was slow, with a lot of waiting between communication. Interview itself was good. Aptitude test was as expected, however was issued at a strange time of application process (After the job had been offered to me).

I was asked to come in for an interview where I was asked to present my case as to why I think I could be a good fit for the role - however I do believe that I was hoodwinked in a way, because I believed the role was going to be different to what it was.
so, in short, I believe the roles need to be clearly defined
Graduate, Melbourne
From what a recall it was a very simple process, there was a bit of a hiccup with HR towards the start which delayed the process. however once that was sorted everything was very smooth
Graduate, Melbourne
2 interviews
- 1 online and 1 in person
- SPE and CM in interview

I have undertaken two interviews within the company, one for my Undergraduate Engineer role and the other for my Graduate Engineer role. Both have been an enjoyable experience where those involved have made me feel comfortable when answering questions and also asking questions about the company and what my role would encompass. Development reviews in each of my roles are also always beneficial as they allow myself and my manager to reflect on my progress and provide us with clarity as to the direction I should be heading in my role and ability.

The hiring process of the company is great, as a graduate they provide you with the ability to perform an online interview with set questions before any face-to-face interactions, but they aim to find the best fit for you as a candidate. Many who join such as myself actually begin as undergraduates allowing us to get our foot in the door early and really get an idea of the role and environment, prior to beginning.
Graduate, Brisbane
Relatively straight forward - applied online, did a questionnaire, then a 1-way interview then an in-person interview
Graduate, Perth
I was overseas during my interview and assessment processes. ACCIONA was supportive during my application process with great communication.
