Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The work culture is great. the Company heavily ethicizes on safety and how family come first. The team is great and I am never made to feel like I am small in any way. It is a great team that makes one feel very welcomed

Cultures fine, varies between team. Hierarchy is very much set, similar to what you would see in the military, which makes sense given the sector the company operates in.

Good understanding of personal commitments outside of work

Very strong Work From Home culture which heavily impacts cooperation and teamwork in a negative way because its hard to get to know your team. Socialising with colleagues is minimal.

Whether it flows through all levels or not the surface level culture is good and I believe the executive leadership team is making a genuine effort to reflect a good culture through the company.

People in the office are friendly and approachable both in the office, online or at after hours events. Executive and senior leadership mingle with non-management people. It's really easy to get help both within your own team and from other teams.

The TES team are very supportive and we have frequent social event after hours to create bonding time between the team.

Internally culture is professional. Despite the traditional chain of command, each level is approachable and open to flexibility. Social engagement is beneficial as relationships with employees extend beyond the working day.

The company culture at BAE is great. While at work I feel I have the freedom to manage my time and complete the tasks given to me without someone looking over my shoulder or micromanaging me. In saying that, I have always felt comfortable approaching people to ask for help when needed. I have felt included and quite comfortable from day one. Right from the junior people in the company through to senior management everyone has been friendly and approachable. For the most part everyone works well as a team, with some minor issues here and there. Outside of work I am able to fully switch off because I know people at BAE respect your personal time and that you are not at work. We also have a social club which means we can catch up with colleagues without being at work.

the corporate culture is inviting, hard working and determined. I have had a super positive experience with my team, with the ability to work flexibility from various locations. My managers so far have been super understanding and accommodating when I have an appointment or need to work from home. my experience so far is a culture that encourages you to be your best and will be there to support you if you would like to develop further in a particular skill or area. we also have a huge safety culture which is vital to the business - to ensure everyone goes home safe everyday.

Culture is excellent, people are incredibly friendly and accommodating no matter what experience level you have and there seems to be no barrier between graduates, apprentices and managers. Though there does at times feel like there's certainly a distance between more lower-level employees like graduates and very senior leaders of the business (such as directors and executives, etc.). During working hours employees are very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy-going. I haven't had the chance to interact yet with colleagues after hours so cannot comment on this aspect.

Great inclusive and supportive team

Very much dependent on team - all the teams I have been a member of were great to work within at work. Most of the teams also have a good social life (optional) outside of work as well.

There is a strong focus on health and wellbeing with everyone ensuring that each person is not only doing well throughout their work, but also in their home life. There is flexibility with working life to also ensure that everyone is able to make time for their families and hobbies. Socialising with everyone is also enjoyable where the emphasis is to not always talk about work, ensuring a healthy work life balance.

Usually respectful of each other, professional conduct is upheld most of the time. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Managers and leaders are approachable. Social culture is good, lots of social talk between working.

There is a high degree of cooperation, teamwork and social interaction within the workplace. there is a clear hierarchy of roles but team members are often shared between project teams. when teams are in the office, there is a great social environment but due to most teams coming in only 2 days a week into office, there isnt much interaction outside those two days

Socially, I find it very easy to get along with everyone within my organisation regardless of their position. I have worked closely with higher managers who have always treated me in a friendly and respectful manner which makes it easy for me to approach them for assistance and guidance. Outside of work, we do have social events such as trivia nights, or camping trips which allows us to connect with each other stronger.

Great culture in office, and friendly and social after hours.

The people are great, friendly and up for a chat. There's normally after work drinks every couple of months. Managers etc are very approachable - they don't feel like your boss

The culture is dependent in my level of interaction with the team depending on calendar. The hierarchy is clear and easy to navigate. There is limited socialising amongst colleagues but I have healthy relationships with my surrounding team members. I have not interacted with any work colleagues in after hours.
