I am not "given" much work, I am constantly asking how I can help or what I can do (particularly from a professional or career growth perspective). I still don't get much of this despite reasonable intentions from co-workers which I feel is limiting and hindering the point of being in the grad program, if the point is to learn and develop with structure, that's just not happening. In a sense I feel I would be better off being in a non graduate role and learn quickly on the job.

I have had multiple different day to day responsibilities across my first 9 months at the company. In this role the main areas I have had responsibilities in are bid management, bid coordination, and competitor and market research. For bid management my day to day responsibilities may include completing or adjusting a bid schedules, scheduling and running appropriate meetings, and following up tasks with bid team members. For bid coordination my day to day responsibilities generally include setting things up on bid sites, adding or removing people from bid sites, and formatting documents. For competitor and market research my day to day responsibilities include researching areas of interest and collating this information into dot points or packs, and presenting/explaining the findings to the relevant people who requested this information.
