1st placement work was great - was directly contributing to a new project and could see the impact of it. 2nd placement ebbs and flows. Preferred 1st placement as at times when I wasn't busy it made the days slower.

I am a graduate, I work within a policy related team. I work with my supervisor/director on employment service related policy for disadvantaged cohorts. This involves writing policies, briefings, summary documents. My role involves meeting with stakeholders both within government and external to government.

I work in a team that works on policy and stakeholder engagement. Our team consists of 10 people and there are matured silos that stifle team members capacity to support in what I consider important work. I like to get things done and when I work with others work to slow down the progress of the work. More satisfaction with my work would be supported by greater outcomes.
