Graduate Opportunities
We currently have opportunities in our 2024 Graduate Program for several Graduates who have completed or will have completed by January 2024 a Bachelor of Engineering (major in Electrical Engineering). These positions will ideally be based in Port Macquarie, however other locations in our geographical footprint will be considered.
You will have the opportunity to work with industry experts to have a direct impact on the energy transition to renewables, providing great outcomes for customers in regional NSW. As part of the graduate program, you will undertake rotations across the different areas of the to learn about all aspects of Electrical Engineering within Essential Energy.
You’ll be part of a program with Engineers Australia and have mentorship from within Essential Energy to develop and reach your goals. Your ability to take advantage of a fast-paced environment in varied parts of the business will build your technical expertise and professional networks ensuring great opportunities now and in the future.
What we offer
The Graduate Program officially starts in February 2024, however an earlier start is available is available for candidates who are keen to start sooner.
