We are now on the lookout for a passionate, and committed Accounting Graduates to National Graduate Program. This role will provide a final year student or recent Graduate, a rewarding opportunity on both a personal and professional level, to be part of a tailored development framework, where you can be inspired and learn from our skilled and experienced team members.
Our Graduate Program will allow you to experience all facets of our business on a rotational basis as you will cover all our business units: Construction, Infrastructure Services, Utilities, Corporate and Shared Services in New Zealand. This will provide you with a unique range of learning and development opportunities that will provide you with the analytical and problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge to see the big-picture behind the numbers.
Working with all levels of management, you will be exposed to a wide range of accounting functions, including: commercial analysis, management accounting, financial reporting, job costings, month-end processes and internal auditing.
To further your accounting qualifications, we are CA and CPA accredited, and support graduates in their professional development.
