There is a base rate which everyone is paid, on top of which there is commission which is dependent on how much and how well you can sell.

I think graduates and PITs should get more. It's not very competitive. Especially warehouse managers, after talking to one of my ex managers for our warehouse, he was only being paid 55k a year, and he was doing 60 hours a week. Some of the pays have to increase, otherwise the right people won't be hired.
