Initial pay was higher than average but pay progression is slow and doesn't keep up with inflation and cost of living. Especially with a 60% gurantee

Standard for a sales company, although the business is very consistent in terms of it's success, so we are quite firmly placed in the industry, and therefore rarely suffer from lower pay periods and have increased job security.
