Quite flexible. i live quite far so they're flexible with me going home half way through the day to avoid traffic and working from home

Fairly flexible I have an expectation to be in the office as much as possible but I am given the understanding that on some days I am able to work around other commitments or work from home if needed

I work 9-5ish and come into the office Tues-Thurs. These are very flexible though if I have appointments etc.

Super flexible. If you'd like to be in the office every day, you will benefit from the upsides, yet if you'd like to come in once every two weeks, instead opting to work from home, you may do that as well (as long as your manager gives the okay). Expectation is to be in the office at least twice a week, as the company would like the culture to be a social one, so not coming in at all is possible, but you will likely need to explain your choice to do so.
