As a result of continued growth across the firm, our HR team has expanded with a number of exciting new opportunities on offer. Based in Melbourne, the position of HR Graduate is an entry level role and a key member of People and Culture responsible for professional and friendly candidate and employee support ranging from onboarding, training administration and systems maintenance, to assisting with internal and external HR-related enquiries.
Your opportunity
Reporting to the Director People and Culture, you will work across a variety of interesting administrative functions that support the employee life cycle.
Your key areas of responsibility will include
Engaging with job applicants, candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders Australia-wide, no two days will look the same.Tasks will vary, for example, managing HR digital files and online platforms, coordinating interviews, background and reference checks, employee surveys, preparing training materials uploading to job boards and responding to general administrative and employment queries.
