Job Description:
The Contact Centre team is looking for an Associate Specialist Intern to assist to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a real work environment while contributing to the department’s objectives. You will also be tasked with completing projects that will enhance your skills and knowledge relevant to the Associate Specialist role.
