• Our grad roles are wide and varied, focussing on real and meaningful work. You'll have early responsibility and accountability. You will be stretched to learn in a supportive and inclusive team
• You'll work across different areas of the business to build your networks and expand your knowledge and experience. You will support a wide range of Clients with our diverse Business areas.
• The Grad Program itself will include 2 rotations over 12 months and is supported by a formal development program to support your career growth

The Perpetual Client Solutions team champion enhancing the client experience and redefining how our business is run with technology and digital experiences. Our success rides on efficiencies, data security and innovation which are enabled by our technology and operations teams.

To be eligible for the Perpetual Program (starting February 2023)

• Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree completed within the last three years
• Willing to relocate to the location of the role you are applying to
• Credit or above WAM/ GPA
