Your Future Team
In the Strategy& team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems such as a supermarket struggling to embed sustainability practices across its supply chain and risking not meeting their 2030 sustainability commitments. Strategy& has been engaged to conduct an end-to-end review of their supply chain and deliver outcomes to streamline operations, minimise material waste and uplift business unit profitability - ultimately repositioning the client to be back on track to meet their sustainability goals. You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across a range of industries including Consumer Markets and Retail, Financial Services, Mining, Healthcare, and Utilities. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success. 

What will a normal day look like?

• Collaborate with a diverse team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategic approaches to client problems.
• Dive into a culture of continuous learning and be empowered to drive analyses and draw insightful strategic insights.
• Receive continuous feedback and mentoring through our leading apprenticeship model tailored to your individual development goals.

As a Vacationer in Strategy&, you’ll be working towards a degree in Commerce, Engineering, Law, Information Technology or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated program dates are November 25th, 2024 to January 24th, 2025.
