Our Program

At Toll, our two-year Graduate Program is about developing future leaders across our business.

As part of our Global Logistics division, you will gain experience across our Retail, Consumer & Automotive sectors specifically within warehousing and distribution while you complete up to four rotation placements and be exposed to business-as-usual activities and collaborative projects working across various functions.

This will enable you to learn about how our operational sites operate, including how we manage our customers distribution services, how we help their speed to market and how logistics solutions are developed to support our customers’ needs.

In addition to learning about and contributing to delivering our promise to our customers, you will be provided with tailored learning and development opportunities, with a focus on growing your leadership capability. 

This includes

Qualifications

We encourage you to apply if you…

• are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• have completed your undergraduate or post graduate degree within the last two years focusing on Supply Chain and Logistics / Commerce or Business
• are able to commence the graduate program in February 2025
• hold a valid Australian driver licence
• strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• have achieved a credit average (65% of higher)
