It’s really rewarding to be able to look back on a job after project completion and know you were part of a team that built the project and knowing that people are going to be using it for decades.
Everyone in our office is competing for “The Johnstaff Cup”, where we participate in activities like quiz nights, escape rooms and bowling, in an effort to win the coveted “Johnstaff Cup” at the end of year Christmas party.

It is really cool to see all the work that is done in the background from the start of a job that is then implemented practically to build something tangible.
