Submitting your application. It’s quite unique approach, instead of submitting resumes and cover letters, applicants are given with tailored questions on the job board to provide a more comprehensive view of themselves. This helps level the playing field, allowing candidates to showcase their skills and personality regardless of their resume's visual appeal.
Psychometric test
Interview stage. Generally, the people who interview you are the ones you might work with if you get the job. So they want to see if you'll be a good fit.
Once you've gone through all this, you'll get feedback on whether you got the job in about three or four days. It's a bit different from the usual process, but it's designed to really understand you and give everyone a fair chance to show their skills and personality.
