There are actual supports that are in place and the EAP team are really good and hands-on with all of that and they're constantly reaching out to you if you have any concerns. Moving your furniture, flights, petrol, temporary accommodation are all covered and paid for. You get put in touch with lots of different networks so you have emotional support as well. Then you're immediately thrown into a grad cohort that are all in a similar situation so you feel really supported in that sense too.
