Culture at FTI Consulting

8.6
8.6 rating for Culture, based on 11 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Senior leadership team is social and approachable. This relatively flat structure fosters cooperation and team-work with plenty of networking opportunities.

Our team makes a concerted effort to book social events every month as well as team lunches. FTI also sponsors my gym membership as well as my post-graduate qualifications (CFA). Each year we have a forum at a 'holiday destination' for a weekend to encourage collaboration.

The Forensic Litigation & Consulting segment organizes social events every few weeks. There's plenty of opportunities to become good friends with colleagues in the team and in other segments as well. The Valuations team has a terrific culture with lots of flexibility and everyone is really supportive.

Culture is very good at FTI. There is a sense of respect for individuals wit higher status. However, that does not impact how friendly and respectful they are to one another. Culture is also very good in and out of work as their are frequently people staying back after hours for functions, and also meeting with each other outside of work.
