Pros & Cons
Having exposure to big client matters. Great opportunities internally to be involved with company projects. Working for an international company means there are always learning and development opportunities.
Exposure to large projects
You are given opportunities and responsibilities to apply your skills and knowledge and contribute to clients from day one. The team has an inclusive culture where everyone is an available resource to help and guide you where needed and enables you to progress.
There is not a clear career path, and it is hard to be promoted. The team I work in has an imbalance of senior to junior staff.
Salary at the graduate level is low for the construction industry
Very accessible and good mentors. A very positive attitude to continually improve internal communication. There is a performance praise and recognition system each month to recognise outstanding work efforts
